Care
Silver, like any metal, tends to suffer oxidation or sulphation due to the presence of ions in the environment, the use of perfumes or lotions on the piece, or the PH of the person. If this occurs, it is recommended to wash the piece with dry baking soda, rubbing gently so as not to damage the polish or details. Use a toothbrush and rub gently. Use jewelry cleaners specialized in silver. Do not use lemon juice, it can damage some types of stones.
From our suppliers:
The chains are purchased from Mexican suppliers with a certificate granted by the Taxco Silver Regulatory Council, who guarantee their products as certified Mexican silver. They may have a nickel coating to increase and maintain their shine.
Charms are purchased from Mexican artisans who produce their pieces by hand. They may have minor manufacturing and finishing defects.
The silver acquired to make the products is Mexican, legally acquired in the country, certified as 999 from which we make accurate alloys at 925, an alloy suitable for jewelry manufacturing.}

Warranty
The piece has a one-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Stones, due to their fragile nature, are not covered by warranty.
We are not responsible for damage to stones considered "semi-precious" either in the manufacture of custom pieces or in everyday use by the customer.
In special lost items, the customer receives a photograph before shipping where the orders are presented as they will be sent. It is up to the customer to pay for parcel insurance against damage or loss. We only take care of sending the order well packaged and we follow up on its arrival.
We are not responsible for any loss when the customer chooses a particular shipping service.
Our free shipping is via Mexican Post and delivery is covered by our guarantee.
To make the warranty valid, it must be within the active warranty period.
Shipping for repair must be covered by the customer. The part is subject to analysis to determine the cause of the defect, which is carried out within 10 business days and the customer will be notified of the resolution within that time.
If the part is determined to be damaged due to rough or incorrect use, falls or any type of repair attempt external to us, the warranty is automatically invalidated and the repair service must be covered by the customer, as well as the cost of return shipping.
If the damage was caused by a manufacturing error, the customer will be given the option of repair or exchange (depending on the availability of stones and supplies). Within 5 days the piece will be sent to the customer at no cost.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If any reason warrants it, a voucher will be issued for the validated amount that can be used by the customer in any purchase using a code for our online store.
